Spanish police say they have taken three people who were behind the massive PlayStation Network Security in April. But then it is probably comforting for Sony to have someone to blame, it does not mean he has no reason to rest easy when it comes to security threats.
FYI, Sony has nothing to say about the arrests. "I do not comment on pending investigations," said company spokesman Patrick Seybold in a statement. But if Sony has been involved in any way identify the three arrested by Spanish police, the very fact that Sony is breaking the news again in connection with legal proceedings against the number of members of the collective anonymous hacking could invite more time to return.
The three are said to be associated with Anonymous. Internet chat rooms frequented by people associated with this group is already in turmoil with the threat of retaliatory attacks. And a blog posted to AnonOps just had an image of "V" of the film "V for Vendetta", entitled "V of Spain," titled "Wait for us."
