Shows The Nokia N9 Meego-based Smartphone

Nokia unveiled a new smartphone in the company's flagship N-series.

Dubbed as the Nokia N9, the unit comes with a curved design and a 3.9 inch AMOLED screen. According to Nokia, the N9 will come in three colors - black, cyan, and magenta - and offers 16GB and 64GB storage. The smartphone will ship with an 8 megapixel camera that allows the autofocus and the "capture HD quality video."

Unlike its predecessor, the Nokia N8, N9 Meego based, Linux-based mobile operating system, which should have been go-business platform in the future. Last year, a Nokia spokesman said an interview with Reuters that the N8, the "N-Series devices based on Meego." At that time, he should be running the Nokia Symbian smartphones.
